How ASHA Connect® Works

Claims
Submission

ASHA workers submit their claims online through the ASHA Connect mobile or web application. This eliminates manual paperwork and ensures that each claim is recorded instantly and securely in the system.

Verification

Health Block Coordinators verify claim details through the ASHA Connect application. This step ensures accuracy and accountability right from the source.

Approval

At district, health block wise, each claim is reviewed through the through the ASHA Connect application. Verified claims are approved online, while any discrepancies can be addressed immediately, ensuring a transparent review process.

Payment
Processing

Once approved, payment sheetsin prescribed format are being uploaded to Public Financial Management System (PFMS) portal for processingto theASHA’s bank account.

Payment
Disbursal

Payments are transferred directly to ASHA workers’ bank accounts through PFMS under the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) system, ensuring secure, fast, and transparent transactions.
